Competition Law Policy

Competition Law Policy

Anti-competitive behaviour prevents fair competition, hinders the smooth running of markets, and ultimately hurts consumers. By encouraging open, unhindered competition between businesses, safeguarding the right of market players to make their own decisions, and avoiding the abuse of market power, competition rules seek to protect consumers.

If we don’t take action to prevent anti-competitive behaviour, it might damage our image and result in corporate or individual investigations, fines, or other consequences.

This Competition Law Policy outlines Enterprise Data Insight’s strategy for making sure we completely abide by any competition laws that apply to our business operations and that we effectively manage any risks involved.
