SAP SuccessFactors Support and Help Services
Our support provides multiple channels and resources to help you how you want it, when you need it. You can deepen your product knowledge, optimize your processes, and enhance issue resolution by working with our consultants.
Enterprise Data Insight will provide a dedicated account manager working with customer – a key contact person for all activities.
You will be supported by a team of Enterprise Data Insight consultants involved on the ad-hoc basis depending on the need. The customer controls the time of the consultants’ involvement by setting a threshold of maximum hours that don’t require approval.
Enterprise Data Insight will create a Knowledge Base centre available to the customer with supporting documents, tutorials, system FAQs and optional help desk functionalities to support the end-user’s queries.
Enterprise Data Insight account manager will arrange quarterly review meetings to discuss the impacts and benefits of quarterly SuccessFactors releases and plan for any required changes in the customer’s environment.
At the start of the services Enterprise Data Insight will provide a complete Audit of the Customer’s environment. This will include workbooks review, current processes, identifying potential gaps and proposing solutions. Upon project completion we will continue annually review the business processes, system use and its efficiency.

Our approach to training is Simple – We do it with real-world examples, breaking the system down in small digestible chunks with plenty of time for you play around and Yes, we make it fun and different than your average software training.
Each software update brings in new features and functionalities, many of which are opt-in. Delta training focuses on such new features in the system between specified versions and helps customers make informed decisions on using these new functionalities.
Admin Training is designed to train the core team, administrators and key users in end to end use of the system. This is typically scheduled close to go-live. Training can be customized to be offered based on roles configured in the system but may require additional days of training. This is also used as a “train the trainer” training so your key users can then train the other administrators.
New Admin Training is a customized training created specifically for a new administrator (or batch of administrators) and is usually specific to a role in the system. The training ensures that the administrator is able to actively use and manage the system with little or no support from other administrators.
This training is designed specifically to train the core implementation team on the terminology of the system and to help prepare the project team for the configuration workshops. This helps the team map the current processes to the system terminology and help make better and more informed decisions during the workshop sessions.
