Conflict of Interest Policy

Unreported or improperly handled conflicts of interest can result in harm to our reputation, a decline in trust and confidence in our internal controls, a real or perceived risk of bribery, a decline in stakeholder confidence in the objectivity of our decision-making, and poor services and products at exorbitant prices. Investigations, fees, and/or other sanctions for the business or people are further potential outcomes.

We always operate in Enterprise Data Insight’s best interests, make an effort to eliminate real, imagined, or apparent conflicts of interest, and have policies in place to make sure that conflicts are handled properly.

This Conflict of Interest Policy outlines how Enterprise Data Insight will:

• identifying and staying clear of conflicts of interest; and

• disclosing potential conflicts of interest.
