Sanctions Policy

Sanctions Policy

This policy outlines our strategy for ensuring that we completely abide by all regulations that apply to our business activities and that we effectively manage any risks involved.

The transactions we engage in may be susceptible to sanctions imposed by various governmental bodies due to the international nature of our company and the fact that penalties apply regardless of national boundaries. This covers, among others, the ones of the European Union (EU) and/or the United States (US).

Sanctions are imposed by government authorities for a number of reasons related to national security and foreign policy, either unilaterally, in accordance with decisions of the UN Security Council, or through other multilateral policy efforts.

If we don’t handle the risk of sanctions violations, it might damage our image and result in business or individual investigations, fines, or other consequences.

This Sanctions Policy outlines Enterprise Data Insight’s strategy for making sure we properly abide by all sanctions that apply to our business operations and that we effectively manage any risks involved.
