Enterprise Data Insight Enterprise Archiving for SAP® provides a unified ILM framework to archive all enterprise data, both structured and unstructured, to optimise application performance, reduce costs and achieve compliance goals. Enterprise Data Insight Enterprise Archiving for SAP® leverages the Standard SAP® archiving process and has further enhanced it with capabilities that allow customers to leverage the archived data for downstream analytics.

Enterprise Data Insight Enterprise Archiving for SAP® coordinates a copy of application data using the standard SAP® archiving process that includes creation of ADK files and validation of archive data before purging from source. At the time of ingestion, metadata is captured and stored to provide comprehensive data governance and data access capabilities. Archiving is done based on retention management policies defined.

Additionally, Enterprise Data Insight’s Enterprise Archiving for SAP® offers print report archiving, an ability to generate & archive printed reports from the SAP® application in readable formats, such as PDF or text.
