Enterprise Data Insight Expands in Toronto: Growing SAP Support Across Canada

Enterprise Data Insight Toronto: Exciting Canada Expansion

Enterprise Data Insight • Toronto, Canada Enterprise Data Insight Toronto: An Exciting New Chapter for Our Team and Customers Enterprise Data Insight Toronto is entering an exciting new chapter. I’ve just spent two weeks in Toronto meeting customers, talking through real SAP and data challenges, and listening carefully to what organisations need from us next. It was a valuable trip professionally, but it was also a reminder that the best business relationships are rarely built entirely around a conference table. Bhavesh Karavadra • CEO Graham Thompson • CFO Enterprise Data Insight Toronto, Canada — the next stage of Enterprise Data Insight’s North American growth. A proper visit, not a flying visit Toronto Gave Us More Than a Full Diary I deliberately spent two weeks in Toronto rather than doing the usual business-trip routine of landing, rushing into meetings and heading straight back to the airport. That extra time made a real difference. It also helped shape what Enterprise Data Insight Toronto needs to become: a genuinely useful local presence, not simply an address on a website. I was able to spend proper time with customers, understand what is happening inside their SAP landscapes and have the sort of conversations that do not always fit neatly into a one-hour Teams call. In between meetings, I also managed to see a little more of Toronto itself. The city is energetic, diverse and very easy to feel comfortable in. The people I met were genuinely friendly, and there is a noticeable openness that makes conversation come naturally. I can also confirm two important findings from my Canadian market research: Toronto takes technology seriously, and maple syrup appears to improve almost anything. Graham may insist the second point does not qualify as a board-level strategic conclusion. What customers told us The Technology Is Important. So Is Being There When Customers Need You. One thing came through repeatedly in the conversations I had. Customers are not simply looking for another piece of software. They want a partner who understands the technical problem, understands the commercial pressure around the programme and stays involved when the difficult questions start. That matters particularly in SAP. Whether the discussion is about test data, S/4HANA transformation, non-production environments, carve-outs, data security or selective replication, the challenge is rarely isolated. There are dependencies, business deadlines, governance requirements and people relying on the outcome. For us, Enterprise Data Insight Toronto reinforces the way we want to grow: closer to customers, easier to reach and with enough regional capability to support them properly rather than simply appear for the sales conversation and disappear afterwards. Our next step Enterprise Data Insight Toronto Is Expanding Our Local Presence As our work across North America continues to grow, Enterprise Data Insight Toronto is strengthening the team and support capability around our Canadian customers and partners. The objective is simple: give customers more direct access to people who understand their SAP landscape, their programme pressures and the outcomes they are trying to achieve. This is not an exercise in adding another dot to a corporate map. The purpose of Enterprise Data Insight Toronto is practical. We want customers in Canada and across North America to have closer access to our people, faster support when they need it and a stronger connection into the product, engineering and delivery teams behind Enterprise Data Insight. Closer customer relationships More face-to-face engagement and a better understanding of the programmes our customers are actually delivering. Stronger regional support More capability around customer success, technical support and delivery across Canada and North America. A growing local team Investment in people who can support the full customer journey, not only the commercial stage. Better product feedback Closer contact between customers and the teams shaping DDR and our wider SAP data capabilities. Why it matters What Enterprise Data Insight Toronto Means for SAP Customers Enterprise Data Insight Toronto gives customers in Canada and North America a closer route into our SAP data expertise. That includes Dynamic Data Replicator (DDR), SAP test data management, selective data replication, S/4HANA transformation, SAP carve-outs and divestitures, data security, governance and controlled data delivery. The aim is not to duplicate our global capability. It is to make that capability easier to reach. Customers should be able to combine local engagement with access to the wider Enterprise Data Insight product, engineering and delivery organisation. From the CEO Bhavesh Karavadra on Why Toronto Matters “Spending two weeks in Toronto gave me something a dashboard never can: proper context. I was able to sit with customers, listen to what is frustrating them, understand where their SAP programmes are under pressure and talk openly about where we can genuinely help.” “The message was clear. Customers want innovation, but they also want people they can reach. They want a technology partner that understands the detail and is still around when the conversation moves from a demo to a live programme.” “That is why Enterprise Data Insight Toronto makes sense for us. We want to grow our team, strengthen support and be closer to the organisations trusting Enterprise Data Insight with important data and transformation work.” “And on a personal note, Toronto made the decision very easy to feel good about. It is a fantastic city, the people were incredibly welcoming and I returned home with considerably more respect for Canadian maple syrup than I had when I arrived.” Bhavesh Karavadra — CEO, Enterprise Data Insight From the CFO Graham Thompson on Growing Properly, Not Just Quickly Growth is exciting, but good growth needs structure behind it. That is particularly important when customer expectations are increasing at the same time as the business is expanding. “From a financial and operational perspective, Enterprise Data Insight Toronto is about building capability ahead of demand rather than trying to catch up with it later.” “We are not interested in growth for the sake of being able to say we have grown. We want investment to improve customer support, increase delivery capacity and create a stronger foundation for the
