Success Criteria and Scope Declaration Form
This form is completed before delivery begins. It can be saved, shared, and re edited multiple times until final sign off. Draft stage is for scope capture. Final stage is for agreed scope and sign off.
0. Engagement
Draft is for scope capture and iteration. Final is for agreed scope and sign off.
1. Company details
Project reference or purchase order is optional during Draft.
2. Mandatory backup requirement
Draft can capture intent. Final expects confirmation and reference.
Customer requirement: The Customer must ensure all relevant SAP systems are fully backed up
before installation commences and before any extraction, refresh, or scrambling tasks are performed.
3. System details
Hosting is a dropdown: On prem, Cloud, Hybrid.

4. Scope method
Choose time based scope and or object based scope. At least one must be selected.
5. Time based scope
